Chinese New Year Celebration

Chinese New Year was celebrated at the Center on February 16 with chanting of the Stupa Sutra followed by an Animal Release of earthworms in the nearby park. A potluck lunch was later served to everyone participating in the holiday event.

Nepal Teachings and Tour

Celebrating Birthdays

Medicine Buddha’s birthday and our Guru Mingyur Rinpoche’s birthday were celebrated on November 12 in a special Sunday service at the Center.  The celebration included chanting Calling Guru and the Medicine Buddha Sutra Mantra.   A potluck lunch was later served to everyone participating in the birthday event.
