We are happy to report on a AAM workshop held at the Pal Karma Dorje Dzingpa Ling Retreat Land over the weekend of September 26-27. The Anytime Anywhere Meditation workshop was conducted by Tergar facilitator Laurel Long and held in the Shrine Hall at the main house.
Many of the participants were neighbors from the local Cherry Creek community who were curious about meditation. The attendees viewed video sessions by Mingyur Rinpoche and followed up with group discussions. A potluck lunch was enjoyed on the first day as well as a hike to the Stupa.
The Yongey Buddhist Center thanks Laurel for leading the workshop. Her support is deeply appreciated. On a successful note… the local Cherry Creek attendees have decided to organize their own meditation group with plans to meet at the Retreat Land.
